Welcome to our Cancellation/Refund Policy, as this will affect your financial agreement between yourself and Danielle The Happy Medium, Please note that each booking constitutes a legally binding contract whereby you make a commitment to The Danielle The Happy Medium which must be honoured by you.
Classes/Six weeks/individual class/es
We have structured the web site of Danielle The Happy Medium so that you the customer can purchase the classes upfront.
Classes of six weeks/Individuals either Beginners/Intermediates or professional must be paid for upfront.
If you the customer misses a class or cannot attend for any reason
we can not transfer fees/money's to other classes.
The fee for the class/classes is also non-refundable.
Change to bookings.
Applying to Class/es Six weeks/ Bespoke Training/Training/Mentoring/Course/s/Personal Sittings/Live events of Mediumship/SNU Church Training.
If you cancel your booking, you will lose your fee.
Fees are non-transferable and non-refundable. In the event of cancellation (by the Danielle The Happy Medium) we will make the following cancellation charges:-
If we cancel more than 30 days before the course begins, you will be refunded the full balance.
Danielle The Happy Medium reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking without explanation and to refund any deposit or other payment made.
Mentoring Six months/Year-long programmes
MUST be paid IN FULL every month on the 1st of each month, if you the customer misses your payment or chooses to withdraw from the programme the full balance will become due for the full length of the programme. It is your responsibility to ensure that your balance is paid on time.
If you have not paid in accordance with this provision please contact us before commencing your next scheduled date in order to verify whether or not your course place(s) may still be available for you. It is your obligation to ensure that you comply with this requirement.
Payment may be made by cash, Paypal or bank transfer or online as the website of Danielle The Happy Medium is structured to take the upfront fee, a second email will be sent to yourself.
When booking on to any mentoring course an upfront fee of £75 is payable, if you choose not to attend for whatever reason this is non-refundable or transferable to other classes/courses.
Course charges at the time of advertising are to the best of the Danielle The Happy Medium.
These are subject to change from time to time.
Danielle The Happy Medium has structured the website for that you the customer can pay online if you the customer does not attend for any reason you will lose the fee you paid.
This applies to beginners/advanced.
-The opinions expressed by an individual/s running course/s or individual/s within the training rooms are subject to their perception of their reality, of their own personal responsibility we can not be held responsible for that individual word/s.
- Danielle The Happy Medium operates a zero-tolerance policy in respect of physical or verbal abuse towards students, staff, or herself.
- No use of cameras or other filming or video/audio recording equipment is to be used in the training rooms. The content of all audio and visual recordings remains the copyright of the Danielle The Happy Medium and may not be used for public or commercial purposes. Any public use, whether or not for gain, will constitute a breach of the Copyright Laws.
- No person is allowed to promote, advertise, offer or sell goods or services in the training rooms of Danielle The Happy Medium.
Persons under 16 years of age are not permitted on any class/course, under 18 years of age on Courses, involving trance or altered states unless the Course has been specifically or is considered suitable for them.
Any persons under the age of 16 attending Danielle The Happy Medium must be accompanied and controlled by a parent or guardian at all times. Danielle The Happy Medium cannot accept any responsibility or liability for their safety and welfare.
Danielle The Happy Medium does not provide any form of certification in respect of students attending any of its Courses/class/es
Providing a high level of customer service satisfaction is the main ethos at Danielle The Happy Medium and we always want to provide a quality of courses to all our students. However, we are aware that from time to time issues can arise which may leave you feeling dissatisfied with the level of service you have received. Should you feel that we haven't met the needs of yourself, we ask that you put your complaint in an email to Your complaint will then be dealt with within 7.10 working days. Please be aware that any concerns will be treated confidentially within the 7/10 working days.
